KENDRIYA VIDHYALAYA SANGATHAN

The full form of KVS is Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. It was founded on 15th December 1965. the minister of state or deputy  minister in the ministry of education and culture is the chairman of the Kendriya Vidhyalaya Sangathan.

This organization was started by 20 schools in1963. according to the survey in  May 2021, there is a total of 1,248schools are there in which 1,244 have existed in India, and the remaining three schools are abroad.  According to the surveillance of 14^th July 2021, The total population existed in the KVS School is 13,93,668 students are studying  in this school and 48,314 employees on 20 January 2019.

The list of schools that are placed in each state as each region. The following states are Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Delhi, Goa, jammu and kashmir, Karnataka, Kerala, madhya Pradesh, Maharastra, Odisha, TamilNadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal , and in international branches of KVS are in  Russia,Iran, and Nepal.

History of kendriya vidhyalaya sangathan:

This school is a system of central government schools in India  that are instituted under the guidance of the ministry of education, ministry of and government of India. In 1963 it is named under the central school and later it is named Kendriya Vidhyalaya Sangathan. It is a non-profitable organization and it is affiliated with the Central board of secondary education(CBSE). And these schools aim to educate the students on Indian defense services.  And the army training starts at own army public school. These services are not restricted to all central government employees. The uniform curriculum for all the branches is the same and regulations too. This school is one of the  best and the largest chain in the world in which 1,245 from India and three from abroad operated. In 1989 one of the schools in Bhutan was transferred to the Bhutan government  and has been ceased the Kendriya Vidhyalaya. And after one of the major Indo-Bhutan projects with chukhha hydral project was near completion Indian government employees transferred back to their own country.

Infrastructure and regulations of Kendriya Vidhyalaya:

KVS is one of the topmost schools which deals with abroad schools. And it has been recognized as an independent state by Bharat Scouts and guides movements. There are divided into 25 regions and of which each was headed by the deputy commissioner and for international schools, it is under the guidance and regulations of the ministry of external affairs. 

All the schools share the same syllabus and offer bi-language like Hindi and English. There are co-educational regulations that are the same for all. And which Sanskrit is the compulsory subject from class VI to VIII and  optional subject until X and could study the german language until November 2014. and when the scheme was discontinued. It recontinued again in some schools. In Moscow, the students are allowed to choose french or Russian as their third and second languages.

The tuition fee charges for Kendriya Vidhyalaya students have to pay for the school development fund named Vidhya Vikas Nidhi. Which proceeds money will spend on the development of that particular school. Students from scheduled caste and scheduled tribes and children of KVS employees are exempt from tuition fees. For girls,  they have their parents pay tuition and school development funds from class VI onwards.

KVS also has an MP quota which involves some special provisions under admissions are given by the members of Lok sabha and raj sabha can recommend a few members of students for admission. But these provisions work in MP only. Delhi branch is the headquarters of all the councils and the quality council in India has credited to three KV schools that are KV RK puram, KV IIT Powal, and KV Bhinga. The Kendriya Vidhyalaya Gole market school in central Delhi has noticed that to upgrade to e-classroom and e-teaching process with the implementation of smart boards in the classroom. The guidelines and rules for Kendriya Vidhyalaya are:

The general guideline that is issued by the Kendriya Vidhyalaya governing admission has been issued in the past itself. And the Indian guidelines are not applicable to the Kendriya Vidhyalayas located abroad.

The following guidelines are :

1.Children of transferable and non-transferable all central, state government of employees include  children of foreign and other nations can come to India  on invitation by government of India.

2.A child must be 5 years old  as 31^st march in the academic year has been started and have an admission from class I.

3.Under the provisions of the RTE act 2009 3%of the seats will be available for fresh admission for differently-abled children.

4.A student with KV TC may also be permitted in project only class strength up to 45. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to make an admission.

5.Children who have shown special talent in fine arts and have been recognized at the national or state level.

6.During the admission process the parent should register with proper documents with proper photos, applications, fees infrastructure, and everything including birth certificate.

7.The student must and should follow the proper dress code according to the rules and regulations that are existed.

Based on the Kendriya Vidhyalaya regulations and rules that are existed that has to be followed very strictly. And in this school, they will take all the responsibilities and make every student  more active and more healthy. KVS will conduct events to know the talents inside the students to make their life to be more brightful and make them  achieve their goals in life. And they also make the students to participate in quiz competitions to make them more knowledgeable.

 

And every different class has different activities that will be conducted like  campaigns, NCC and other activities have been conducted.

The quality of teaching is very good and the regular mid or sessional exams and assignments have been held to make the students not  to be diverted and this makes them more knowledgable and this undergoes educational policy that they teach and monitoring equally and shares their knowledge equally to each and every student in the Kendriya Vishyalaya Sansthan.
