Women Empowerment

Despite being the most beautiful creation, women empowerment is a topic of discussion, action and not obvious reality. Despite all the efforts and progress made over the last two decades, more than 15 million girls in primary school never learn how to learn or write. It is a topic of concern since humanity starts progressing but still we are not near to our goal.

Steps Towards Women Empowerment by Bharti Sangrahita

As our motto is to work selflessly in various fields like Education, Equality, Employment and Cultural development, being dedicated towards our goals, and being consistent with the process towards achieving our goal to make India poverty free. Some major steps taken by Bharti Sangrahita towards women empowerment:

  • The institute was opened for the development of some local children .
  • Some of the families, where girls were married at a young age now started teaching girls.
  • Girls walked 10 kilometres daily , they started coming to regular class for science coaching.
  • To organize street plays ,mostly in slum areas to motivate girls to go to school.
  • To provide practical knowledge for technical subjects like, science ,computers through books, seminars, smart classes etc.
  • To provide girls an opportunity to get on their feet by providing them opportunities to be able to complete their studies after 12th.
  • To provide girls with information about competitive examinations for different fields and prepare to clear them successfully.
  • To provide Personality Development classes to the students to prepare them to achieve their life ambition.
  • To honour successful working women who have shown exemplary growth by awarding them “Pahchan Award”.

Achievement Towards Women Empowerment

Due to its constituent effort, We have make it possible it to make our goals true.

  • Illiterate working youth joined the NGO for basic education like reading and writing.
  • The deserving students achieved the goal of their life and after completing their school level education they got admission in good colleges for higher education.
  •  The children, working since childhood for their living, were encouraged to go to school.
  • Girls from economically weaker families started studying after choosing a subject like science.

Due to Bharti Sangrahita’s consistent effort toward women empowerment since 11th November 2011 with just 11 girl students it has achieved milestones toward women empowerment. It is reaching more and more people day by day to spread awareness so that our next generation doesn't even have this topic to work on and humanity can grow to the full capacity.

The hand that rocks the cradle, the procreator, the mother of tomorrow.
A woman shapes the destiny of civilization.
Such is the tragic irony of fate, that a beautiful creation such as the girl child is today one of the gravest concerns facing humanity. Kumari Dhruti
